Depending on the size of your business and the volume of your product, CaliBaja Manufacturing Service may be able to accommodate some, or all, of your needs within our existing infrastructure. If your business requires space/facilities above and beyond our current facilities, we will be happy to orchestrate all of the logistics associated with getting you up and running as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The following is a brief overview of our current facilities and their respective functions and responsibilities. This should give you some idea of what services we would be able to provide your company.

Compro Sales East: Calexico, California.

• Located less then a mile from the Mexicali commercial port of entry.
• ~16,000 square feet
• Incoming Inspection
• Import/Export Documentation
• Shipping/Receiving
• Packaging
• Warehousing
• Pick up and delivery by all the major carriers
• Raw material and finished goods movement between Compro and Calibaja
• Has a lead time of only a couple of hours

Compro Sales West: Calexico, California.

• Located minutes from the downtown Mexicali port of entry.
• ~5,000 square feet
• Customer Service
• Purchasing
• Import/Export Documentation
• Shipping and Receiving
• Pick up and delivery by all the major carriers
• Dedicated truck for delivery to Monrovia, CA
  Leaves Calexico 3AM with finished goods and returns at 3PM with raw material Turn around time from raw material export (to Calibaja) to finished goods import (from Calibaja) is approximately 36 hours.

Calibaja: Electronics & Newco

• Both are housed in the same 57,000 sq.ft. building
• Currently just under 300 total employees
• In house calibration department
• In house machine shop
• 700 KVA electrical capacity
• 125 PSI of dry clean air constantly available
• Administrative office space
• Additional building space is available in the same industrial park
• Completely climate controlled
• Clean room equipped (see below)

Clean rooms allow precision assembly of delicate electronic parts in a tightly controlled environment free from external contamination. We currently have:

• A total of 4000 sq. ft. with 10k micron filtration
• A total of 9500 sq. ft. with 100k micron filtration
• Both with weekly particle count monitoring and filtration maintenance
